Insurance Products 

Our insurance service allows you to compare providers for a range of insurance products. You will need to answer a number of questions on our website in order for the product providers to provide you accurate quotations for the product(s) you are interested in. In this respect it is very important that you answer all the questions asked accurately and truthfully because we and the insurance product providers' results we show to you will rely on your answers. If you are in any doubt as to whether any information is relevant you should disclose it. With respect to our life and health insurance product, this service is different as it allows you to be contacted by a specialist who may be able to assist you further with your enquiry. If you complete an enquiry form for an insurance product on our website we will conduct a search for policies and will display the results on the screen. To assist you in completing the enquiry form, we may provide defaulted answers to some questions, and in other instances obtain certain information from third parties Please ensure that this information is complete and accurate, and change it if necessary.  

We will also email you details of the quotes you have obtained from our system with appropriate links to allow you to purchase an insurance policy. If you choose to purchase an insurance policy following completion of an enquiry form on our website, we remind you again of your responsibilities (as set out above) to ensure the insurance product provider has the correct information about you and that you understand that you agree with the terms and conditions of that insurance product provider including the restrictions, exclusions and conditions of that policy. Our energy service allows you to compare Gas and Electricity providers for a range of utility products. You will need to answer a number of questions on our website in order for the product providers to provide you with accurate quotations for the product(s) you are interested in. In this respect it is very important that you answer all the questions asked accurately and truthfully. Whilst we use reasonable endeavours to ensure that information on our energy service is accurate and up-to-date and to correct any errors as soon as we are able to after becoming aware of them, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with any quotes, information, content, material or data collected and displayed. If you choose to switch energy providers, please be aware of your responsibilities (as set out above) to ensure the product provider has the correct information about you and that you agree with the terms and conditions of that product provider. We accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that any utilities product purchased by you does not meet your requirements


Funeral Plan Services


Our funeral planning service enables you to compare leading funeral plan providers products. All products shown on this site are from Funeral Planning Authority regulated members.

As an independent company we have decided to only recommend the Dignity Funeral Plan due to their comprehensive level of cover and high customer satisfaction scores.

Legal Services


Over50choices Legal Services are provided by Lifetime Legal, a specialist company offering professional legal services. Before purchasing any of our legal service products you should read the Lifetime Legal terms and conditions.

Should you choose to purchase a legal services product following discussions with Lifetime Legal, we remind you of your responsibilities to ensure that you have provided them with the correct information about you and that you understand that you agree with the terms and conditions of that product including the restrictions, exclusions and conditions of that policy. We accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that any policy purchased by you does not meet your requirements.


Equity Release Products

Our equity release comparison service is provided by The Equity Release Supermarket. 

Upon completion of an enquiry form or calculator request you will be contacted by Equity Release Supermarket to discuss your requirements.

In this respect it is very important that you answer all the questions asked accurately and truthfully, we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with any quotes, information, content, material or data collected and displayed. If you decide to proceed with an equity release mortgage, please be aware of your responsibilities to ensure the product provider has the correct information about you and that you agree with the terms and conditions of that product provider. We accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that any product purchased by you does not meet your requirements

Customer Complaints 

Our aim is to at all times provide you with an excellent service.  However, if you are unhappy with our service for any reason, please contact us at the above address or email us at customerservices@over50choices.co.uk 

We will contact you initially within five working days of receiving your complaint. We’ll either send a full reply or an acknowledgement letter which will tell you:

• Who will be dealing with your complaint
• When we will contact you again

If we've sent you an acknowledgement letter, we'll respond to your complaint as soon as possible. If your complaint is particularly complex, we may need time to investigate it more fully. In these cases, if we've not sent you a full response within four weeks of receiving your complaint, we'll contact you to let you know how our investigations are ongoing.

If we haven't resolved your complaint eight weeks after you first told us about it, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You have six months from this date of your complaint to refer the matter to the Ombudsman
