What services do Farewill offer?

Farewill offer an online will service for individuals and couples over the age of 18, with the benefit of live support when you need it via the phone, live chat or email. In addition to will writing, they also offer probate services and can act as executor of your estate.

Once you have written your will, Farewill offer free unlimited updates for the first year plus an optional annual unlimited will update service for just £10 a year thereafter.

How does their online service work?

An online will from Farewill takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. You create an account and follow the simple online questionnaire. Once you’ve added your assets, beneficiaries and executors, your will is checked and approved by will specialists, ready for you to print and sign in front of two witnesses

You only pay for your will once you have completed the questionnaire so effectively you can try the online service before you buy. The will is reviewed within 5 days and approved by a qualified solicitor who specializes in estate planning.

Farewill offer live telephone, email and online chat support should you have any queries and will contact you regarding any questions, recommendations or amendments to your will.

Farewill offers a straightforward step by step online will writing service with the added bonus of help should you need it. Although they are not providing advice on what to include in your will, the templates used are written by lawyers, so include all the elements legally required for making a will.

At £90, the cost of a will isn’t the cheapest you will find however you do have the support from specialists throughout the process. You only pay for the service once you have completed the online process and all draft wills are checked and approved by qualified will experts.

Farewill may not be suitable for complex estates where advice is required however if your requirements are straightforward, then Farewill offer an excellent professional service for a reasonable price.
