This is the site for a joint initiative by the Royal Horticultural Society and the wildlife trust. The aim of this site is to promote spending more time in our gardens as well as cultivating wildlife in the gardens. For example, there was recent work on the website around creating a bug hotel or hide for insects to live in.
The site is famous for an extensive resource list. Here it lists websites, books and leaflets that the site visitors may find useful, but can be found elsewhere. This shows how helpful this site can be, and it does cover a lot of ground with this particular feature. You’ll find links to numerous websites that will help to extend your understanding of the outdoors, and our own gardens.
